Each year we take part in the following prestigious awards:

LABC

The LABC (Local Authority Building Control) celebrate achievements in the construction industry. They reward excellent buildings, outstanding companies, partnerships and individuals that go that extra mile. The LABC network covers all local authorities in England and Wales and is split into 12 regions, each of which holds their own award ceremonies.

RICS

The globally recognised RICS showcase the most inspirational developments throughout the country. These awards celebrate the most innovative projects in the region and their positive impact on local communities. As such they are regarded as the premier property and construction awards in the UK.

DBCP

DBCP (Devon Building Control Partnership) celebrates the building control professionalism that leads to safe, sustainable and high quality construction projects as well as innovative and creative solutions within property development.

Michelmores

Michelmores Property is the South West’s premier property competition recognising both commercial and residential projects of all sizes.
