The latest chapter in Royal William Yard’s regeneration story, which has spanned two decades, has focused on the restoration of the Factory Cooperage building.  Award winning South West developer, Poppy Developments, has transformed the Grade I building into bespoke 2, 3 & 4 bedroom homes. The project began last year and the work is expected to be completed in Spring 2025.
