Phase One – The Mill sold out

The redevelopment of a former Woolen Mill in Harbetonford that dates back to 1769 has gone well and Phase One is completed and all units sold.

The combination of contemporary design and traditional materials has allowed us to retain much of the original character and features of the building. With Spring growth in full bloom, the Southerly facing gardens are looking great. The views over the river are outstanding and the abundance of local wildlife provides a constant source of interest to those interested in all things natural.

Harbertonford, a small village of about 300 houses is located south of Totnes in the South Hams region of glorious Devon. It lies in the valley of the Harbourne river which is a tributary of the river Dart. The village has a pub, a garage, a primary school and a very quaint church, all of which make this an idealic village for a primary residence or second home.

Only a few miles away is Totnes and Dartington, known for its famous glass and as a haunt for artists and writers. The busier resort of Torbay sits 10 minutes in the other direction with its beaches, zoo and other attractions. This part of Devon is renowned for its outstanding natural beauty with Dartmoor National Park ten miles to the north and stunning beaches 7 miles to the south.

Its not too late for you if you are looking for such a residence as Phase Two is nearing completion, making a further 4 town houses available very soon. Visit is again soon to see how the final build is progressing and when you will have the chance to obtain one of these glorious Devon residences.
